We are looking for someone extremely proactive, with great communication skills, someone who is punctual, efficient and highly motivated. The ideal candidate will have previous negotiating experience and a good knowledge of the local area would be advantageous. This is a great opportunity for someone hoping to further their career. Please note that in order for your application to be considered you must hold a FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE, HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE & HAVE AT LEAST 12 MONTHS NEGOTIATING EXPERIENCE.

Possessing an inner drive to bring in new stock, the Lettings Valuer will also be numerically literate and have second-to-none negotiation skills.We are an established, forward thinking property management company that is unorthodox in the way we operate. We specialise in lettings, HMO’s and property management in the London area whilst also working alongside our sister company operating as an estate agent working with sales and lettings. We have a hunger to continue growing our business and are looking for an experienced property lister. You will be pro-active and self-motivated, with great communication skills that will enable you to win business. Reporting to the company director, you will be responsible for booking valuations and winning instructions. With your expert knowledge of the property market in the area, you will be using comparables to establish suitable prices for properties and be the first point of contact for clients. You will also be expected to present landlords with offers and on occasion tie up deals. You will be required to have at least 2 years experience and own your own car. In return you will benefit from a company phone and uncapped commission.
